Scripture to Read: Romans 10:14–15
God had Paul ask great questions about His Word being preached to those who need to hear it. God had Paul ask, in Romans 10:14–15, How then will they call on Him in whom they have not believed? How will they believe in Him whom they have not heard? And how will they hear without a preacher? 15 How will they preach unless they are sent? We should hold these questions tightly to our hearts so that we never lose sight of the fact that God chooses to use us to fulfill these questions. For those who do not believe, we pray John 16:8–11, thanking our Lord that He is already convicting their souls of their need of Him. We pray Ephesians 6:19–20 for ourselves and all other believers so that those who have not heard can hear the Good News of Christ from us. We pray Colossians 4:3–6 for ourselves and all other believers so that God opens up numerous opportunities for us to be used by Him. God is actively working, and He invites us to be a part of His handiwork in transforming the lives of lost souls as He changes us to be more like Him. The good news God had Paul share is at the end of Romans 10:15,…Just as it is written, “How beautiful are the feet of those who bring good news of good things!” We are the ones God has called to bring His good news to all. May our feet move in the direction God leads so all may hear.
