East Kids Christmas Party

Hey Parents!

We are so excited for our annual Highview Kids Christmas Party at East Campus! This is always such a fun evening, and we can't wait to celebrate the Christmas season with your elementary-aged children (K–5th grade)!

Our Christmas Party will take place on Friday, December 4, from 6:00–10:00 PM. We'll enjoy an evening filled with games, crafts, dinner, and plenty of Christmas fun as we celebrate the birth of our Savior, Jesus Christ!

Here are a few important details to help you prepare:

Cost

The cost is $10 per child, which helps cover dinner, crafts, and other activities throughout the evening.

Arrival and Pickup

Doors will open at 6:00 PM, and we'll plan to eat dinner around 7:00 PM. For the safety and security of our children, exterior doors will be locked at 6:15 PM. If you anticipate arriving late, please let us know ahead of time so we can make arrangements. Pickup will begin at 10:00 PM.

What to Wear

We encourage all the kids to come dressed in their favorite Christmas pajamas! Please make sure pajamas are comfortable, warm, and modest. We'll also have plenty of active games throughout the evening, so we ask that children wear socks and tennis shoes.

Dinner

We're planning to serve chicken tenders, French fries, Texas toast, and cookies for dessert! If your child has any food allergies or dietary restrictions, please let us know ahead of time.

Christmas Movie

As we wind down the evening and prepare for pickup, we'll enjoy a Christmas movie together!

We're looking forward to a wonderful evening with your kids! More than anything, we want this to be a joyful opportunity to celebrate the greatest gift we've ever received: Jesus Christ!

If you have any questions, please don't hesitate to reach out.
